The promotion offer is “Double Points for Each Night After You Stay between February 7, 2022 – May 8, 2022.” What is an “eligible stay”?  
An “eligible stay” for the purpose of this promotion is defined as any stay of one or more consecutive nights at the same Best Western® branded hotel or where base points are awarded; with the exception of a stay booked through an online travel agency, a stay booked through a tour operator, and a stay booked at a special discounted rate (see BWR® program rules for further information on eligibility criteria at bestwesternrewards.com). Only one (1) check-in/check-out permitted per eligible stay. 

How long does it take to receive the Double Rewards Points after I have completed my eligible stay(s)? 
Best Western Rewards® members who have qualified for the promotion will receive the Double Rewards Points (BWR bonus points) approximately 7-10 days after they have completed the eligible stay. 

Do Best Western Rewards members need to be REGISTERED for this promotion to be eligible to earn Double Points? 
Yes. Best Western Rewards members must be REGISTERED for the promotion PRIOR to their first eligible night. Best Western Rewards® members can register for the promotion online; by logging into their Best Western Rewards account profile and registering through their profile, or at the property front desk.

How many Double Rewards Points can a Best Western Rewards members earn during the promotion period?  
Each Best Western Rewards member can earn Double Rewards Points a maximum of five (5) times during the promotion period. Promotion is subject to cancellation or change without notice. 

If a guest doesn’t receive their Double Rewards Points within 1 month from the completed stay, who should they contact? 
Please contact Best Western Rewards Customer Care at 1(800) 237-8483. 

Can all Best Western Rewards members participate? 
Yes, all Best Western Rewards members are eligible for this promotion. The ‘eligible stay’ can only occur at Best Western branded hotels in the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean Islands.

Why doesn’t Best Western automatically register all existing Best Western Rewards members into the seasonal promotions? 
Asking customers to register for promotions engages them into our Best Western Rewards program and to our brand and ensures that Best Western is in their travel considerations. It also helps us measure the effectiveness of our promotions allowing us to continue to promote some of the richest offers in the market today. We want you to have a choice. 

*TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Best Western Rewards® (“BWR®”) members (“Rewards Member(s)”) who (a) register for the promotion on bestwestern.com/doublepoints, or as otherwise permitted (e.g., at the front desk of any Best Western® branded hotel))and (b) complete an eligible stay*, a maximum of five (5) times, between February 7, 2022 and May 8, 2022 (“Promotion Period”) at any Best Western branded hotel in the United States, Canada, or the Caribbean Islands will earn double BWR Bonus Points for completion of the eligible stay. A Rewards Member can earn double BWR Bonus Points a maximum of five (5) times during the Promotion Period.

Promotion registration and BWR enrollment/membership is required prior to the first eligible stay. Eligible stays completed prior to promotion registration and BWR enrollment/membership will not count towards satisfying the promotion requirements. BWR enrollment may be completed by visiting bestwesternrewards.com. Rewards Members earning preference must be set to Points to earn double points, a maximum of (5) times, for the eligible stays completed during the Promotion Period. 

Promotion is not valid with any other offer, promotion, or discount. No extensions, substitutions, or replacements available. Promotion is non-transferable. Promotion is subject to cancellation or change without notice. All BWR program rules apply. Visit bestwesternrewards.com for complete program terms and conditions. Please allow 7 – 10 business days after the eligible stay for the promotion points to be posted.

*An “eligible stay” for the purpose of this promotion is defined as any stay of one or more consecutive nights at the same Best Western branded hotel at a rate eligible for earning points, with the exception of a stay booked through an online travel agency, a stay booked through a tour operator, and a stay booked at a special discounted rate (see BWR program rules for further information on eligibility criteria at bestwesternrewards.com). Multiple check-in/check-out at the same property with less than 24 hours between check-out and check-in will only count as one eligible stay. Eligible stays which take place during the Promotion Period must be completed on or before May 8, 2022 to be counted towards the promotion.
